We are seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support day-to-day office operations in a full-time or part-time role. This position is responsible for managing incoming communications, organizing financial and employee records, coordinating onboarding activities, and ensuring timely follow-up on outstanding items. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process incoming mail and documentation
- Organize and track invoices, including payment status and due dates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee and administrative records
- Assist with onboarding coordination and document collection
- Communicate with vendors, utilities, and external partners as needed
- Conduct routine follow-ups to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Support general administrative and operational needs of the team
Schedule & Compensation
- Hourly rate: $20–$23 per hour, based on experience
